It’s been over a year since The Citizen covered a story on project-based learning (PBL) at the Niverville High School (NHS). At the time, at least one student and a good number of parents chose to speak out regarding their disappointment in the school’s one-track mode of teaching for students in Grade Nine and Ten.

On Sunday, March 17, Imperial Oil Ltd. released a public statement indicating the necessity to shut down a fuel pipeline located just south of St. Adolphe. Known as the Winnipeg Products Pipeline (WPP), the line is used to transport gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel to supply agencies in Winnipeg and the greater Winnipeg region. It is operated by Imperial and used by both their company and other third-party customers.

She works professionally with people across the lifespan, from children to families, adults, and couples. Unger also serves as the specialty lead for the child and adolescent division of Clinical Health Psychology through Shared Health. In years past, she’s been the acting manager of the family therapy program at New Directions and the clinical director for Kidthink.
