The men’s soccer team at Providence spent the weekend on home turf. On Saturday, they went up against the Assiniboine Community College (ACC) Cougars, and on Sunday they played the Université de Saint-Boniface (USB) Les Rouges.

The Niverville Nighthawks gave it a good show, but ultimately fell short in a 7–4 loss to the Portage Terriers on the road Saturday evening. With the loss, the Nighthawks move to second in the MJHL’s East Division with a record of 6–2–1.

The Niverville Nighthawks have extended their win streak to three wins in a row after blasting the Winnipeg Freeze 6–0 on the road on Friday evening. With the win, the Nighthawks move into first place in the MJHL’s East Division with a record of 6–1–1.

The Providence University College (PUC) Pilots soccer season is in full swing. This past weekend, the women’s team ventured to Winnipeg to face off against the Université de Saint-Boniface (USB) Les Rouges.

The Niverville Nighthawks got back in the win column on Saturday night with a big 3–2 road victory over the Neepawa Titans. With the victory, the Nighthawks stay in third place in the MJHL’s East Division with a record of 4–1–1.

It was a Saturday night to forget at the CRRC as the Niverville Nighthawks were blown out 5–0 by the OCN Blizzard. With the loss, the Nighthawks drop to third place in the MJHL’s East Division with a record of 3–1–1.
