The Providence Pilots men’s soccer team had a winning weekend. On October 15, they trounced the Assiniboine Community College Cougars with an 8–1 victory. The next day, they beat the Université de Saint-Boniface Les Rouges by a score of 3–1.

The Providence Pilots Men’s soccer team has closed out another busy weekend with three away matches, two of which ended in victory.

The Niverville Nighthawks ventured out to the extreme western edge of the province on Sunday night and fell just a little short, losing 5–4 to the Virden Oil Capitals. With the loss, the Nighthawks move to a 4–6–0 record, which puts them in fifth place in the MJHL’s East Division.

It was a game to forget for the hometown Niverville Nighthawks, as they fell 6–2 to a solid Virden Oil Capitals. With the loss, the Nighthawks stay in fifth place in the MJHL’s East Division with a 4–5–0 record.

The Niverville Nighthawks continue to roll as they picked up their third straight win on Sunday evening by dispatching the Winnipeg Freeze by a 6–3 scoreline.
