Young people are often more insightful than adults give them credit for being, and rarely has this been as true as in this month’s batch of Dear Covid letters.

Staff at École-Collège Régional Gabrielle-Roy in Île-des-Chênes and the Niverville High School (NHS) have had to get creative this spring in order to make plans for their schools’ upcoming graduation ceremonies. The schools will be graduating 52 young people apiece this year, but getting them across the finish line has been, to put it mildly, a bit complicated.

John Plett is a 94-year-old resident of the Heritage Life Personal Care Home, where he has lived since May 2019. His wife Annie was also a resident there until her passing in August 2019.

For decades, the Niverville Health Foundation has been an important part of Niverville’s fabric and the reason so many medical and essential services in the community have come into existence and stayed at the top of their game.
