Niverville is continuing to expand its water services.

While most tweens fill their free time with video games, TV, and hanging out with friends, 12-year-old Rhea Peters is in her family’s kitchen baking up a storm.

The annual Ride for Refuge took place in Winnipeg on October 1 and was a big success.

With 493 post-secondary students enrolled in classes this year, Providence is boasting its highest enrollment since the 2009–10 academic year.

The Niverville Elementary School addition, which has been underway throughout the summer and fall, is on track for completion at the end of October, confirms Hanover School Division Superintendent Randy Dueck. The addition will introduce five urgently needed new classrooms to the crowded school.

This fall and winter, a class of Grade 12 students at Niverville Collegiate are raising awareness for a host of important causes. The students have enrolled in a course called Global Issues, which is designed to empower students to bring about change.
