Klassen joined approximately 1,875 senior athletes from across the country to compete in a variety of sporting events and board game challenges in Saint John, New Brunswick from August 21–24. She returned home decorated with four medals and an illustrious smile. At 2018’s annual Manitoba Communities in Bloom conference and award ceremony, held in Morris on September 8, members of Niverville’s local chapter were recognized for the community’s hard work and given a rating of four out of five blooms for their efforts.
