As a key member of the Tenant Relations team, the Tenant Relations Coordinator is the primary connection between tenants and Forthright Properties. This role is responsible for ensuring a positive tenant experience through clear communication, efficient issue resolution, and proactive support. Tenant Relations Coordinators regularly meet with tenants to address concerns, conduct site walks to monitor cleanliness and identify lease infractions, and ensure that community standards are consistently upheld.

Under the direction of the Assistant Manager, Leasing, the Leasing Coordinator will play an integral role in the complete leasing life cycle process. This includes being the first point of contact with our prospective tenants and providing a friendly, personable, and positive initial experience over the phone, through email, text or in person.



This role will work the following schedule:  Tuesday: 10am to 6:30pm, Wednesday: 11am to 7:30pm. Thursday to Saturday: 10am to 6:30pm. (Days off Sunday and Monday)



Key Responsibilities:

The Plumber will be responsible for performing plumbing repairs, installations, inspections, and preventive maintenance in occupied and vacant residential units. The ideal candidate is experienced, safety-focused, customer-service oriented, and able to work independently as collaboratively with a team.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting tenants by performing both planned and unplanned general building, property repairs, maintenance, and minor appliance repair.

Perform routine and scheduled maintenance tasks across multiple properties

This is a consultative sales role focused on long-term relationships rather than transactional selling.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for builders and homeowners purchasing full house packages

Responsibilities:

Production of drawings primarily for residential buildings and multiplexes
Drawings for retail buildings, office buildings, industrial buildings and apartment/condo complexes would be an asset.
